On November 21, Ivan Molchanov, Founder of 2112 Holding and Co-owner of Stolitsa Group, took the main stage as a speaker at the V Ukrainian Building Congress — one of the largest industry events in the country. The Congress brought together more than 6,000 participants, including investors, developers, construction companies, representatives of national and local authorities, architects, and designers.

Ivan joined the panel discussion “The Evolution of the Developer: Me, You and Society”, where he and other industry leaders explored the sector’s key challenges and future priorities — trust, partnerships, and the role of developers in Ukraine’s reconstruction.

In his remarks, he emphasized that development today extends far beyond constructing buildings:

“A modern developer is not merely a business that invests and builds. It is a driver of change — a moderator of the interests of communities, cities, and businesses, shaping environments where people want to live, work, and grow. Society expects not square meters, but meaningful, long-term solutions that improve quality of life. And this role will only continue to expand.”

Ivan Molchanov’s participation at the Ukrainian Building Congress highlighted 2112 Holding’s expertise in shaping the standards of responsible and human-centered development. For the holding, it is an opportunity to strengthen partnerships and advance strategies built around people’s needs, resilience, and long-term value for cities and society.
