about project
An investment fund focused on the acquisition of agricultural land from private owners and the formation of a structured and transparent land portfolio in Ukraine. The fund’s model combines two sources of income: recurring rental revenues and long-term asset value growth driven by land capitalization and the expansion of the land bank.
Agricultural land is a limited real asset with stable demand from agricultural producers and an inherent ability to preserve value in an inflationary environment. VELES operates under a single investment strategy — acquisition, ownership, leasing, and subsequent sale of land plots — without engaging in any adjacent lines of business.
Rental income is reinvested into the acquisition of new assets, ensuring growth in both portfolio scale and net asset value. VELES cooperates exclusively with professional participants in the agricultural market based on long-term, legally formalized lease agreements.
